Description
Here is a Zeus Audio Systems lot of gear that has been collected up over the years and components to put together a Randy Rhoads style pedalboard. As many of you know this is products can be fairly tough to come across. These have been bought up over the years and hoarded, but it's time to let the stuff go.
Not looking to break up this set , if there are items that you particularly want and don't want to miss out, you may just want to buy the whole lot and then part out whatever you don't want.
I've been painstakingly trying out everything to make sure it's in working order and they are.
The Zeus mini amp model 8401 works and sounds great, pots are a little scratchy as all the others I've owned over the years though this one is about the cleanest condition wise. The gain cell by Zeus has a torn decal as you can see in the photos. Everything here sounds great including the Roland wah pedal FV-2 which is completely bada$$. The direct boxes and preamps as well as the high Hi-Lo box are nothing that I personally would ever use but just bought them over the years when I was hoarding this stuff. The mxr items are an old Distortion Plus, a little later than what Randy used and also a three knob stereo chorus, plug-in model and an mxr vintage 10-band equalizer, also a plug-in model.(not newer battery Style).
Two of the coolest items here are Zeus audio systems Terminator pedal with an intermittent switch and a kill switch. The intermittent switch you tap it and it's like what Randy used to do with his pickup switch hammering it on and off but easier here with a pedal and made by Zeus! The other is the Distortion overdrive pedal which I hate to part with, but here it is. These things are getting their impossible to find.
The Boss Dr. Rhythm DR-55 is like new with box and manual. It has Provisions for either a 9 volt battery or four double a batteries.
If you add all of this up- if you can even find some of it, the value is greater than the auction price- and again, if there's items that you don't want you can just turn around and sell them. Just can't break this up.
Feel free to ask any questions, I usually try to get right back to you, unless it's in the middle of the night and even then sometimes...
Thanks,Gary
