Pre-Owned.
Nice used condition.
Has wear, pitting in areas and some rust spots.
Oil wick has not been uses, Oil well was used with wax and wick.
There is still candle wax in well. Someone tried to turn it into a tea light.
I did not attempt to dig out wax.
Rope is nylon.
No chips or cracks in glass.
