Vintage Lot-12 Pair-Various Size Doll Shoes-1950s?
Offered today are 12 great pairs of vintage never worn Doll Shoes. Years ago they were purchase at the auction of a doll collector, she has since passed. At the auction she stated that most of these shoes were purchased as Madame Alexander shoes of the 1950's and 1960's. Some still have the prices on the bottom of their souls, from 55 cents to .75
They all have cardboard soles. The black and pink shoes in the front have heels.
To give you an idea of fit, a couple of pictures have been include with pictures of the shoes on dolls.
These red shoes pictured measures a large 3 1/4" by 1 5/8" and would fit a large doll.
These shoes fit my 28" German bisque doll but also my 24" vinyl doll so please measure your doll's foot for an accurate fit.
The black patent strap 2 1/8" by 1" fits my 14" Alexander doll
The doll's foot should be just a little bet smaller for a proper fit.
