BRITISH BOUY LIGHT CIRCA 1920’sMade from Solid Copper and brass.
This light probably went into service long before WW2. During the WAR the Germans would shoot out these life saving beacons, hoping to cripple allied ships hauling supplies to and from Britain by causing them to loose their bearings and crash onto the rocks! Made in Britain and in original condition other than the polish and electrical. CIRCA 1920’s. Glass is in excellent condition!
