At Pro Auto Glass, our staff inspects every item that is shipped using precise guidelines.  We guarantee that every item will arrive in brand new condition.  As a result, we will only issue a credit if we receive the item in the same condition as delivered.  All packages are packed according to Fed Ex guidelines. We strongly suggest inspecting the glass before accepting it.  We accept return requests up to 30 days from the delivery signature date.  In the rare event that a product is defective from the manufacturer, we will assume all return shipping charges.  Buyer assumes all shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee if a return is sent to us within the return period. Products that have been installed will not be accepted.
