    Description

Price reduction to 00. This is a ship's anchor from the late 1800's or early 1900's(I think). My brother told me that it came out of a harbor or bay from the northwest- Seattle. There is a date located on the anchor but I'm not sure where. This anchor is located at the home that my parents purchased in 1965 in Long Beach, CA. That home is in the process of being sold by me. As I recall, it was placed there by the former resident who was a merchant marine, last name Cumming possibly or U. S. Navy Officer. I'm not sure of the weight but it has to be 1000-2000 LBS or more?? Could possibly haul it in a trailer? With some TLC this iron giant could shine again. All reasonable offers will be considered. We are motivated to sell! LOCAL PICKUP ONLY.
