    The Architectural Rescue Shop is located in the historic Jipp Grocery Store at 732 Gaines Street in Davenport, Iowa, and displays, preserves, and sells antique architectural items salvaged from old buildings in our community. 100% of the shop's profits benefit the Gateway Redevelopment Group, a non-profit focused on preserving historic structures and neighborhoods in our community.
    This is a wonderful matching pair of Eastlake style door backstops salvaged from a ca. 1870s-1880s house. They are in good condition and ready to be restored to their former glory. Both show signs of wear including rust, scratches, and other minor damage but are otherwise in great condition considering their age. They each measure approximately 1.75" wide by 5.5" long.
