There is visible wear and tear on the light, which can be best seen in photos. The outer ring is no longer attached to the light. The globe is weathered and has a few marks on it as well, which can be seen in the photos.
UL Certified:
We have rewired these nautical lights, including a ground wire, with a new UL-Listed bulb fixture that is rated for up to 250 volts. The new bulb holder takes a medium base bulb of 100 watts or less.
The cage and globe unscrew from the main housing to access the bulb holder.
