Rochester Quadrajet 17057253 Pontiac/Olds 403 engine . 800cfm “bump” core...automatic transmission throttle arm, compatible with turbo 350/200r4/700r4/ect...Condition is Remanufactured  ...fully disassembled...sonic bath...passage ways opened with fine wire and shop air.
...modified idle, part throttle and full throttle for performance.
...primary throttleshaft bushings replaced with Oilite bronze oversized replacements...this eliminates any vacuum leaks/erratic idle due to wear...New stainless steel screws and Locktite on assembly...very smooth throttle pivot motion.
...enlarged idle mixture holes to allow full range of idle air/fuel ratio, just like the earlier versions.
...secondary air flaps notched to allow instant fuel spray from the secondary pull over shooter holes...POE holes enlarged for richer initial shot of fuel...secondary fuel well restrictor holes enlarged for faster refill...secondary fuel pick up channels enlarged…these mods will eliminate any lean lag/bog when going full throttle.
..enlarged idle tubes and idle down channel restriction for performance camshaft mods.
...accelerator shooter holes slightly enlarged.
...factory air horn APT sealed plug removed and opening is tapped for a removeable Allen head set screw...this allows easy access to the APT tower screw which can now be turned to make on the fly adjustments to the part throttle air- fuel ...APT piston notched so a straight edge screw driver allows precise adjustment...very nice tuner mod.
...rebuilt with high quality kit including float, .130" needle/seat, ethanol resistant blue seal/garter spring HI-PO accelerator pump, thick gaskets, fuel filter with fitting…Tested:functional primary and secondary choke dashpots...includes air lid and baseplate gaskets.
