Exact item pictured.  This is a totally AMAZING sticker.  It is difficult to make out, but under the "Blizzard of Ozz" in very small print it says:  "1983 MONOWISE, LTD".  Truly a beautiful VINTAGE piece.  Sticker is UNPEELED and in AMAZING condition.  There are a couple very, very slight edge "dings" on the white portion of the sticker.  They are ever so slight and hard to make out on the photo, I just wanted to mention it.  If you were to peel the sticker off it's backing, I am not even sure the "ding" would be part of the actual sticker.  Despite that, this is an AMAZING piece.
