HOLLEY, QFT 4412, 500 CFM 2 BARREL CIRCLE TRACK RACING CARBURETOR, GAUGE LEGAL

Description

Here we have a BRAND NEW, 500 cfm, 2 barrel, model 2300 carburetor professionally built in my shop and set up for use in circle track racing. This carburetor will run right alongside any gauge and spec legal Willy's, AED or Dorton carburetor out there without the excessive price tag.
THESE DO NOT HAVE VACUUM PORTS! Will work on the street if you don't need vacuum ports or you have another vacuum source.
It will flow approximately 490 cfm, and will support 400+ horsepower depending on engine capabilities and camshaft grind. These carburetors are assembled by me, one at a time, using 100% Quick Fuel and Holley parts. The parts are machined in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

It has been assembled with a special wedge-cut float for better fuel level control around that long left turn, high-flow .110" viton tipped needle & seat assembly, 30cc pump, #31 squirter, non-stick bowl and block gaskets, and vent baffle. The jetting is 75 with a 4.5" Hg high-flow power valve. The mounting gaskets are included as shown.

Holley lightweight aluminum main body with .072" idle and .031" high speed bleeds installed.
Performance "cheater" (correct p/n 5925-3) metering block that is custom calibrated for maximum performance.
Heavy-duty aluminum base plate with teflon seals with NO vacuum ports.
Teflon coated throttle shaft.
Holes drilled in throttle blades for a cleaner idle with a long duration camshaft.
Lightweight aluminum racing style fuel bowls with sight windows (will not yellow). No more fumbling with sight plugs!
Uses a standard Holley model 4150, inverted flare fuel line with 5/8"-18 flare nut.
This carburetor weighs under 4-1/2 lbs., while a typical cast zinc carb weighs in at about 6+ lbs.
