You are bidding on a
long ago rebuilt
, rebuilt old stock, HOLLEY brand 1 barrel carburetor. The code on the piece is
4161
. I crossed it to Tomco rebuilt # 1-251. According to my old catalogs, this carburetor is applicable to 1969 Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth car, van and truck vehicles equipped with 170, 198 and 225 cubic inch, SLANT 6 cylinder engines.
Please LOOK at the photos and compare this carburetor to the unit presently on the engine.
THIS MAY BE A WONDERFUL
RESTORATION PIECE FOR THAT LATE 60's, 170 cubic inch, Plymouth Valiant Barracuda.
According to my research, there are still some of these Mopar powered vehicles in service and this is a good looking R.O.S. carb at a bargain price. These are becoming hard to come by...You may want one as a spare just for the parts. This unit was in packaged warehouse storage for over 30 years.
Fortunately, those years in a "climate controlled warehouse" were kind to this piece...
