    This is a small hardwired Brass and Stainless Vintage Nautical Spotlight Light. Searchlights and spotlights are powerful lights with a concentrated beam that turned in specific directions. These navigation lights would have been used on the exterior deck of the vessel.
    This spotlight is constructed of brass and stainless steel. This light is 15 inches long. The face has a diameter of 11 inches, the glass diameter is 8.75 inches. The bracket it pivots on is about inches 8 inches, The base is 5 inches by 2.25 inches. The base has 2 mount holes. This light weighs 17.4 pounds.

    Wiring:
    This gorgeous nautical antique light has been totally rewired with all UL-Listed weatherproof wiring and a porcelain bulb holder. The weatherproof wiring contains a ground wire. It can take a medium base bulb of 100 watts or less. The new wiring is rated to work with any voltage under 250 volts.
    To access the bulb holder, simply unscrew the thumbscrews on the face and lift the face-off.
