Exquisite Antique Gold Metal Thread Tiara with Gems

Rare antique gold metal thread tiara enhanced with gems.
This tiara is of a most elaborate design with tiny gold thread loops at the base
and intricate mesh trellis inserts.
It has gold thread star shapes at either sides.
The top part is most intriguing with it's large loops and hand sewn gems.
The tiara is wired at the back.
There is a separate band at the back of the head with hooks,
which fasten onto loops of the tiara.
This tiara is completely handmade.
