High Quality Material:
Made of premium grade polyurethane which has better performance than rubber and can maintain a longer shape, with a slick black finish, anti corrosion, longer service life without deteriorate.
Replace the worn out rubber body mount bushings, fixing the body mount issues and reducing equipment wear, vibration and noise. Maintain a firm connection between the body and the frame, and keep the cab to bed alignment.
Contains super grease for quiet operation. Provides necessary rigidity. The body mounts can resist vehicle liquids and road dirt. Very suitable for off-road and street use.
Instruction Steps:
Step 1: Spray carefully all mounting bolts and nuts to be removed with penetrating oil.
Step 2: Make sure the vehicle body properly before removing mounts. SUPPORT ( : Use a 2" x 4" piece of wood 24" long or any other suitable RECOMMENDED size between the jack and body panels to spread the load out so as not to damage body panels). If necessary, support the body in multiple areas.
Step 3: All nuts and bolts but DO NOT REMOVE. Working from one side of the vehicle at a time the nut and bolt from ONE LOOSEN REMOVE mount location and raise the body enough to replace mount, NEVER HIGHER. When raising the body, check for interference problems in other areas.
Step 4: One mount at a time with similar size urethane mounts. If washers/sleeves have been provided, use in combination of original.
Step 5: After replacing all mounts, TORQUE ALL NUTS AND BOLTS TO FACTORY SPECIFICATIONS. NOTE: RE-TORQUE all nuts and bolts after initial installation of mounts (approximately 1000 miles of driving).
