Offered is a professionally restored Autolite 2100 Carburetor for the Ford 1970 Mustang
and Mercury Cougar equipped with a 302 cu engine and automatic transmission. Completely rebuilt using quality American made parts. New Gold Zinc plated factory correct fillister screws. Carburetor hardware restored and plated gold zinc. A beautifully restored piece to top off your classic engine.
The carburetor was completely dissembled and all parts were ultrasonically cleaned. Normally, the main body is treated to a two stage media blasting process, but this one came out oxidation and stain free from the ultra sonic cleaner, we left it in its natural state.
All steel parts were refinished, acid washed and zinc plated to restore finish and prevent rust. The steel parts are then submerged in dichromate for additional rust protection and a light golden factory appearance.
